Marin Ireland didn't appear in a lot of episodes of "Homeland," but she was memorable indeed, especially in her final performance as the tragic Aileen Morgan, so we're excited to see what she brings to Fox's "The Following" when she joins the show in its ninth episode with the potential to recur in the future.

With less than two months remaining until the premiere of "The Following" on Fox, the network has released another new promo video for the show. This one's titled "Footsteps," and it's just as compelling as everything else we've seen thus far for the series.

Now we're getting to the meat of Fox's promotion for its new series "The Following" as yet another video has come our way, and this one features series creator Kevin Williamson and star Kevin Bacon introducing us to Bacon's character, Ryan Hardy. Is it January yet?

A potential new recurring character is being added to Kevin Williamson's midseason thriller for Fox, "The Following." Susan Misner ("Person of Interest," "In Treatment") has signed on to play Jenny, a survivor type with a link to Kevin Bacon's character's past.

Midseason can't here soon enough so we can finally check out Fox's new show from Kevin Williamson, "The Following", but in the meantime we'll have to make do with some casting news. Annie Parisse ("Person of Interest", "Rubicon", "Law & Order") has landed a series regular role on the thriller, playing an FBI cult specialist.
