For fans of the 2019 surprise hit Escape Room, this sequel genuinely takes things to an entirely new level. With larger set pieces and a deeper dive into the central mystery, an all-star group of survivors are thrown into a much grander scheme this time around. Star Logan Miller returns for Escape Room: Tournament of Champions with a few new faces including Holland Roden as the mysterious Rachel.

Both Logan and Holland were kind enough to sit down with me for a quick chat about the expanding world of Escape Room, the physical and emotional toll of being on set in an ever-evolving house of torment, and if their characters could possibly appear in future installments. (Don’t worry, no spoilers below.) If you’re like me, I wouldn’t be able to trust anyone if I was stuck in a series of puzzle rooms with these people. Who knows more than they’re letting on and who is really pulling the strings?
