Special F/X guru Robert Hall and actor Kevin Gage will be at Dark Delicacies tomorrow, January 16th, signing Blu-ray copies of the film Lightning Bug, which was written and directed by Hall and stars Gage.

Image Entertainment Bringing Robert Hall's Lightning Bug to Blu-ray in January 2013

One of our favorite films of the early 2000's is Robert Hall's coming-of-age tale Lightning Bug (review here), and in January of next year Image Entertainment is giving it the Blu-ray release it deserves. Read on for the details of the film's high-def extended cut!

Laid to Rest/Lightning Bug Double Feature This Saturday in LA!

LA-area horror fans, you are in for a kickass screening opportunity this weekend! Fangoria is hosting a double-feature presentation of the work of writer/director/ FX maestro Robert Hall. They’re hosting a screening of Hall’s first film Lightning Bug as well as his recent slasher hit Laid to Rest on Saturday, May 9th at the Fine Arts Theater on 8556 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills.
