Ah, the religious freaks nuts out there, making life difficult for everyone. Always causing wars and making neighbors turn against one another. The ambitious Pastor Jake is taking it all one step further and bringing an apocalyptic demon horde back from the dead with him. Now that's forward thinking!

Michael Laimo is one of the small number of authors I’ve discovered through the monthly publications of Leisure Books whose work has really done something for me. The first book I read by him, The Demonologist (review), impressed me; but it was his last novel, Dead Souls (review), that really made me sit up and take notice.
