Ksenia Solo, who starred in the recent psychological creeper flick Pet, will be taking the lead in Jeff Beesley’s new indie psychological thriller.
The film is called Sweet Harmony and takes place in a rent-controlled New York apartment building in a gentrifying neighborhood that has gone condo. Conflict arises between the newer upscale residents and one of the original tenants.

The film is directed by Jeff Beesley from a script written by Kerry Douglas Dye. Scary Good Films’ Kevin Niu and Shane Snoke are producing, and Lynwood Spinks and Casey Wolfe are executive producers.
Shooting starts in Winnipeg this summer.
