With hundreds of films screened every year, the American Film Market is the best place to check out all the up-and-comers, and AFM 2010 had a record number of horror movies from across the globe.

This bit of news is nothing to scoff at - especially for those among you constantly bemoaning the lack of original horror films on the big screen. IFC is looking to give us fans something to look forward to in early 2011.

Some good old fashioned home invasion inspired terror is coming our way courtesy of Miguel Ángel Vivas' newest movie for Filmax called Kidnapped, and to celebrate the carnage to come, the first stills from the movie have found their way online.
