Man, there are some weird indie games out there. Like, really, really weird. Take the upcoming Monstrous Lovers for instance, which is a monster dating simulator. Yep, so if you ever watched one of the Universal Monster movies and found yourself falling head over heels in love, then head over to Indiegogo to help the game get made so that you can finally live out your bizarre monster fantasies.
And if you simply can’t wait for the game to finish production, then they’ve also released a demo to keep you occupied.

Monstrous Lovers is a visual novel under development by Man-Eater Games for PC, Mac OS and Linux. With a cast inspired by classic horror movies, this our take on both the boys’ love genre and monster boys.
The game follows Christopher Wells, a young government employee whose job is ensuring the peaceful coexistence between monsters and humans. Tired of being stuck in what he considers an unimportant bureaucratic position, he requests a transferral to Saint George, the city with the highest population of monsters.
Unfortunately for him, the Saint George office is both underfunded and understaffed, and not everyone is happy about having to work with a human…
