Every good slasher movie needs itself a body count, and the potential victims list for Wes Craven's Scream 4 keeps filling out nicely. Hopefully we'll get a little more violence out of this one considering the original trilogy took place during a time when the MPAA was more of a butcher than any big screen villain.
