Just the other day we got a look at the cover art for the December 29th DVD and Blu-ray release of Jennifer's Body, and now we have the specs to go along with it!

Poor Amanda Seyfried. Not only does she have to play second fiddle to the undeniably inferior (acting-wise) Megan Fox in Jennifer's Body, but the new UK quad poster for the flick shows her in the most unflattering light possible. Something tells me, however, that the "Big Love" star will rebound just fine. Ms. Fox and Ms. Cody, on the other hand...

Proving unequivocally that yes, female filmmakers (even one who's won an Oscar!) can make just as crappy a movie as their male counterparts can, Jennifer's Body (review here) tanked at the box office, coming in a mere fifth place with a measly $6.8 million (estimated).

Dread Central (in this case Dread scribes Heather Wixson and myself) hit the red carpet for the premiere of Fox’s Jennifer’s Body (review here) last night at the Hollywood & Highland complex in Hollywood, CA, and brought back some ocular candy as well as a handful of video interviews from the rather cramped carpet, which you can see below.

Even though Jennifer's Body (review here) hasn't been completely ... ummm ... exposed yet on a national scale, that hasn't stopped director Karyn Kusama from chatting up some future projects she has planned. One of which sounds particularly interesting.

There will be a myriad of cool new films playing the Toronto International Film Festival '09 as part of their Midnight Madness series, the first of which, Jennifer's Body, has now been reviewed!

Faux PSA's are all the rage now in viral marketing so it should come as no surprise that 20th Century Fox has jumped on the bandwagon and enticed its rising star Megan Fox into recording one of her own for Jennifer's Body.

It may be called Jennifer's Body, but the person I'm most interested in seeing on the big screen reciting Diablo Cody's snappy dialogue is Jennifer's friend Needy, played by Amanda Seyfried. If anyone can keep it real, and relevant, it's Amanda. So it's nice to see a few shots of her mixed in with all the ones we've gotten of the film's star, Megan Fox.

Of course you do! Just a few days ago, I bemoaned the fact that too few horror films these days aspire to be fun. I'm not necessarily sold on Jennifer's Body yet, but I do like the trailer. It's got a bit of a Hello Mary Lou - Prom Night II vibe, and if writer Diablo Cody didn't go overboard with her "hip and clever" dialogue (hard to tell from the trailer), this could be a total fucking blast.

So, we've seen Megan Fox all sorts of almost naked in previous stories of Jennifer's Body (set visit), so trying to top that is going to be kind of hard. Maybe if we get in some photos of the demon possessed Fox ripping apart some male courtiers, then there will be a challenger.

As our own Johnny Butane wings his way to British Columbia to do a set visit for the upcoming Jennifer's Body, a huge batch of photos of the film's star, Megan Fox, showed up online over at Egotastic.com.

Megan Fox is getting another lovely young lady to share screen time with her when cameras roll on Fox Atomic’s Jennifer’s Body this March up in Vancouver according to The Hollywood Reporter.
