Written and directed by Rob Hedden Jason Takes Manhattan stars Todd Caldecott, Tiffany Paulsen, and also Kane Hodder as Jason Voorhees. The film finds Jason resurrected from Camp Crystal Lake. He then stows away on a cruise ship filled with high-schoolers bound for New York City. They escape his bloody shipboard rampage, but, when they reach Manhattan, Jason is close by.

Jason Takes Manhattan sports a mere 12% approval rating over on Rotten Tomatoes. The Critics Consensus reads: Jason terrorizes a ship and nearly sinks the franchise in a clunky sequel that feels like self-parody without the charm.
