First Look at Solomon Kane Poster!
Though I seriously doubt we’ll be seeing this poster in theaters anytime soon, today we got our hands on some concept art for Solomon Kane, which we last updated you on this morning. If the art is any indication they’re taking some liberties with Robert E. Howard’s story and giving it more of an action spin, but man the Van Helsing similarities are almost painful, aren't they? Solomon Kane Gets More Genre Cred
An impressive lineup of genre actors have joined up with James Purefoy for Michael (Deathwatch) Bassett’s upcoming adaptation of Robert E. Howard’s Solomon Kane, the first in a planned trilogy, which we first told you about back here. Purefoy plays the eponymous hero.

Bassett to Helm Solomon Kane
Michael Bassett has suddenly gone from direct-to-video director to helming a potentially epic series based on character created by Conan writer Robert E. Howard. Not a bad move if you can make it!
