Last February one of horror's own crime fighters got his chance to shine when Marvel's Ghost Rider (review here) burned up the big screen to a moderate amount of success. Recently I sat down with the man responsible for giving us the Ghost, Kevin Mack, to find out exactly what went into bringing such an iconic character to life.
