Never taking itself too seriously, Insanitarium tells of a loving brother who gets himself committed to an insane asylum in order to save his sister, already on the inside. The evil he finds is far worse than he ever expected. In similar fashion, Uncle Creepy committed himself to the inside in order to chat up Buhler, who seemed in high spirits despite, or perhaps because of, his tight white coat and padded room.
