Screenwriter Named as Fright Night Remake Inches Forward
If there's anything that can make the prospect of a Fright Night remake by DreamWorks more palatable, it's the name of the screenwriter who's been tapped for the redux - Marti Noxon. Ms. Noxon has been in the business of writing about vamps and how best to bring them down since 1997, when she started working on the series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" over the course of 23 episodes.

ABC Not Ordering Additional Eastwick Episodes
Instead of flat-out just saying they're canceling the series "Eastwick", ABC is beating about the bush with reports that they've "decided not to order additional episodes" beyond its initial 13. Seven of them have aired with the remaining six scheduled to be shown after a two-week break for some special programming on the network.

WWE Undertaker Origin Film Coming
Even if you're not a wrestling fan, the odds are pretty good that at the very least you've heard of the phenom known as the WWE's The Undertaker. Plain and simple ... he's a big scary man. A film about this character seems like a no-brainer, and WWE Films is apparently inclined to agree.

AFM: Early One-Sheet for Shimizu's The Shock Labyrinth
