In 2008 Brian Collins opened the doors of Horror Movie a Day, and since its inception Collins has reviewed a horror movie a day, just like the site's name suggests. He has become an amazing voice in this industry, and rarely will you find someone with more dedication to the genre.
Having recently revisited The Faculty on Blu-ray, I was surprised to find the movie held up better than expected. We're dealing with some of the worst CGI since Escape from L.A., but there's a nice sense of fun to it. If you live in Los Angeles, you can see it on the big screen this weekend.
In the Mouth of Madness is the last great John Carpenter film and the final installment in his unofficial 'Apocalypse Trilogy' (beginning with The Thing and followed by Prince of Darkness).
