Tonner Introduces Three New Twilight Figures
Tonner Doll Company was the first collectibles outfit to recognize the potential of the Twilight franchise and (along with some prodding from Dread toy junkies) quickly jumped at the chance to bring this world of supernatural beings into their family of licenses. To date only Edward and Bella have been realized in doll form, but as the Dread crew closed up shop at San Diego Comic-Con, our excellent Tonner friends flagged us down for a sneak preview of what's to come.

First Look at Ghostbuster Egon & Slimer in Packaging
In the beginning there was NECA ... and NECA created the Terror Dogs and Gozer and even Slimer ... but something was missing. The boys in grey could not be made real. Some said it was likeness rights, plain and simple. Some said Bill Murray demanded an orphan child in exchange for the rights.

Mezco's Mez-Itz Get Bloody with Freddy and Jason
Mez-Itz used to be the small, blocky figures from Mezco, made up like your favorite horror baddies and several original series. While similar figure lines just painted their stock bodies and added tiny tweaks, the Mez-Itz offered a freaky amount of sculpting, even in the accessories. If you were ever in the market for a tiny little Necronomicon, this was the place to get it.
