Hell, Yeah! Mark Hamill Wants a Star Wars Horror Movie

People often wonder why I’m not the biggest Star Wars fan on the planet. In fact, I’m kind ‘meh’ on the movies if we’re being honest here. This is mostly because I was an Alien kid growing up and Star Wars did little for me.
Anyhow, I have been waiting for a full-on Star Wars horror film since I saw the horror-ish sequel The Empire Strikes Back, and it turns out I’m not the only one who thinks it’s a solid idea.
So who thinks Star Wars should make a venture into terror? None other than Luke Skywalker himself, Mark Hamill.
“You know what I’d love to see?“, Hamill told IGN in an interview. “A Force Ghost that’s, like, actually frightening. Not somebody that’s beatifically smiling down from the clouds or coming to give exposition – you know, a ghost is scary! But we’ll see. My work here is done.”
You’re damn right your work here is done, Hamill. I don’t know about you guys but I’ve been waiting for a straight horror Star Wars movie for forever now, so let’s hope Hamill’s comments spark something in the powers that be.
