During the chaos of the San Diego Comic-Con, it was really hard to find a spot to set up an on-the-go office for you cats so we could bring you the headlines from the event as they happened. Thankfully there was a savior within our midst.

The Movies on Demand lounge not only gave us weary workers a place to hang our hats, but it was also rife with celebrity guests and so much more! Luckily for you and us, they were filming the festivities. First up, Ed Sanchez and Gretchen Lodge talked Lovely Molly (available on demand before DVD from July 16th through September 15th) with their host, the lovely Camille Ford.

Written by Eduardo Sanchez and Jamie Nash, directed by Sanchez, and executive produced by Andy Jenkins and Robert Eick, Lovely Molly stars Gretchen Lodge, Alexandra Holden, and Johnny Lewis.

Image Entertainment will be releasing the film on August 28th. Extras will include four features (“Path To Madness”, “Haunted Past”, “Demonic Forces”, “Is It Real”) plus the theatrical trailer.

Synopsis
LOVELY MOLLY is a gripping horror thriller that begins as newlywed Molly Reynolds moves back into her long-abandoned childhood home. Soon, she experiences unnerving and impossible things. What starts as a simple story about things going bump in the night escalates into a battle for dominion over Molly’s spirit, as she is beset by a cunning, malevolent force bent on wreaking havoc and terror on Molly and her family. Richly exploring the parallels between psychosis, addiction, and demonic possession to chilling effect, LOVELY MOLLY shows us what really happens before the exorcist arrives. LOVELY MOLLY had its World Premiere to critical acclaim at the 2011 Toronto International Film Festival’s Midnight Madness and had its U.S. premiere at the 2012 South By Southwest Film Festival.
