When IDW Publishing first starting teasing its new Infestation series, we weren't sure how horror-centric it was going to be. Now, thanks to an announcement today out of the 2010 New York Comic Con, we know it's going to be very much in our genre as it entails, per the press release, "zombies, zombies, and more zombies."
Who needs all of the "he said, she said" headaches circling Ghostbusters 3? It's as if everyone involved forgot how much fun the movie and the experience was! Well ... everyone but us fans and comedy troupe Improv Everywhere.
You know, in retrospect, if Katie and Micah had had some tiny plastic Ghostbusters figures with them, they might have stood a better chance against that nasty demon who was haunting them literally to death in the box office smash Paranormal Activity. At the very least Venkmen. He had moxie!

Art Asylum has released the details on another Ghostbusters Minimates collection, and this one rounds out their Toys R Us Villains Series 3.

In the beginning there was NECA ... and NECA created the Terror Dogs and Gozer and even Slimer ... but something was missing. The boys in grey could not be made real. Some said it was likeness rights, plain and simple. Some said Bill Murray demanded an orphan child in exchange for the rights.
