Trailer for New Ghost in the Shell FPS

“Possibilities as vast as human imagination. Power like this can be infectious,” says the moody voiceover in the trailer for First Assault, a free-to-play FPS set in the Ghost in the Shell universe from South Korean publisher Nexon.
By the looks of it, there’ll be a lot of gore. The flying body parts at 0:37 and the exploding head at 0:52 are particularly awesome touches which are likely to be removed from the Japanese version of the game, as decapitations and dismemberments of human characters in games are usually an no-no over there, often only being allowed on non-human creatures and robots.
The cool sci-fi touches also help the game to stand on its own rather than being Call of Duty: Ghost in the Shell Edition.
First Assault will be released next year.
