RIP: SLAUGHTER HIGH Director George Dugdale

Some sad news today as it looks like Slaughter High and Living Doll director and Caroline Munro’s husband George Dugdale has passed away.

Someone took to Caroline Munro’s Facebook to write: “It is with heartfelt sorrow that Caroline wishes to inform you that her beloved husband George, Father of her daughters, Georgina and Iona, Passed away on the 14th of January. She is very grateful for all the wishes of condolences that she has already received and sends her love and [appreciation] to everyone.”

Slaughter High centered on an April Fools’ prank that returns to haunt Doddsville High’s alumni when they attend a reunion at their abandoned school.

It was written and directed by Mark Ezra, Peter Litten, and George Dugdale. Dick Randall and Stephen Minasian produced. It starred Simon Scudamore, Caroline Munro, Carmine Iannaconne, Gary Martin, Billy Hartman, Michael Saffran, Donna Yeager, Josephine Scandi, John Segal, Kelly Baker, and Sally Cross. Vestron Pictures released it back on November 14, 1986.
