Plot Synopsis:

An adaptation of the incredibly popular video game of the same name. If it follows the game, we'll see a former P.O.W. joining up with the military again to fight back a horde of creatures who have emerged from under the planet's surface to bring about the end of our race.

    Wow, some news that’s not coming out of Comic Con directly. Very strange to report. But that’s what Variety is good for. They got word this morning that Legendary Pictures has come on board the production of the Gears of War to co-finance the project.

    Gears of War just won't slow down. A movie is on the way, a sequel to the game is due out later this year and amount of toys that can be made from the franchise seems endless. If only there was a way to stop 5 year olds from playing Gears online with mics on...
