Frank Miller Sued for $25M For Sabatoging SIN CITY Series & More

Stephen L’Heureux is suing Sin City creator Frank Miller in a dispute over rights to a Sin City TV series and a film based on Hard Boiled.

The producer is seeking more than $25M claiming Miller and Silenn Thomas have repeatedly thwarted the two projects and is aiming for “compensatory damages, including lost revenue, loss of future revenue, damage to reputation, loss of goodwill, emotional distress” and more.

L’Heureux says that Miller and Thomas have repeatedly made “false, misleading and defamatory statements” over his ownership of the two projects’ rights since 2008 to the likes of Ellison, MGM’s Michael De Luca, directors Louis Leterrier and Zack Snyder and many more.
