Tonight we're watching the latest Dario Argento film Mother of Tears starring Asia Argento. It's the third in the "Mother's Trilogy" which includes Suspiria and Inferno.

We kick things off in ... 10 minutes!!

I actually saw this in the theatre. I think the audience was only partly of Argento fans and the rest had no clue what they were watching.

I love going to see films when that happens......I saw Pan's Labyrinth like that, my four friends thought they were in for a nice fairy tale type story. Half way through it was had to decided what was more entertaining to watch the film or my one friend freaking out from the violence.

I could be wrong but isn't this the first film since Opera where Argento shot in 2.35:1?

Me too. I've met Coralina twice and she is such a nice person. She was so excited that she was in this too.
