i hope at some point he reenacts this scene on battle star....it would be fantastic
I was so disappointed when he didn't do it in Stand and Deliver. Man, that would have got those kids in line.

ppl smoking inside an office seems so strange now
Personally, I like seeing it. I'm not and never have been a smoker, but I'm irritated by the whitewash. It's sad that characters like J.Jonah Jameson, The Thing and Wolverine, who were known for their stogies, are never seen with them anymore.

Amen. I tell ya, Joe Q deserves a slap for the whole no smoking in marvel comics thing. I love it when artists sneak it in though.
Well, really, they started that in the mid to late '90s, I think, before he took over. But you can still slap him for that One More Day bullshit, if you want. Very Happy

I'll slap him for both.
Sounds good to me. I'm probably wrong about the smoking thing anyway. And slap him for allowing the Ghost Rider movie to be made under his watch. I don't care if he could have stopped it or not, he should have at least tried.

Ugh, that movie. I would've shut it off if it hadn't been so fun to watch my sister vent pure rage at the screen.
Only movie in recent years to piss me off more than House of the Dead.

Pissed off at "House of the Dead"? I thought it was the comedic masterpiece of this decade. Wink
I paid to see it. In the theater. Discounted, but still... ugh.

Don't pretend you didn't have fun. Some of my best times in a theater have been with bad movies. Hell "The Happening" is one of the best times I've ever had watching a movie. My group laughed their collective asses off at that shit stain. Good times.

Nope. Not fun at all. See, I didn't know what to expect. No one really knew about Uwe yet. I was actually expecting something that I would like.

At least he's not out on his moped, looking to scratch killer wolf-things behind the ears. That dumbass got what he deserved.

I must have had exactly the right amount of booze and candy in my system at the time then, cause I was laughing so hard I couldn't breath. On second thought, maybe I had too much candy. Confused

I remember asking my nephew why that one zombie kept slapping the same tree trunk over and over throughout the whole movie. Why was he so angry with that tree?

You have to admit, it's better than having every part in a movie filled by 20-something WB model/actors.

So The Happening is a sequel to House of the Dead? That would explain the suck.
