Its BACK!!! Holy crap, I was just talking about the good old '80's game show last week and now NBC is playing commercials that they are going to have a new series starting in February.

Go writer's strike!!!

I wouldn't get too psyched. The producers of Fear Factor have given the show a modern makeover. What that entails remains to be seen. Until then, I'm going to remain highly skeptical.

Also, I don't know how much of Hulk Hogan doing commentary I'll be able to tolerate.

The words "modern makeover" do not sit well with me. The fact that the FEAR FACTOR guys are behind this doesn't help either.

Could be fun, but if it's the makers of Fear Factor I expect a lot of staged bullshit and WWE theatrics. The original show wasn't high class entertainment but I gather it wasn't as staged as this has the chance to be.

Summing up: I'm iffy on it.
