I love that he's such a likeable, goofy douche. I don't know the actor's name, but he does a good job. And he actually does seem menacing when he changes later on.

At the beginning Taylor is standing in front of the Red Rabbit Pub. This is reference to the Red Rabbit matchbook found by Dr. Loomis in Halloween (1978).
