Only problem I ever had was with my first 360 that arrived dead on the spot in December '05. The blame can be put on DHL for that since there was a large dent in the side of the box.
After some problems with the return process to MS my new one arrived a week later and I have had no problems since.
MS wants to cover their ass, and I agree they should. Right now Sony is far behind and the Wii fad may die out soon thanks to the lack of qualitiy titles (even Nintendo's own games are feeling tired). So, why not take the big bite and make sure your customers stay happy and spread the word to other potential ones? _________________ "Well, I do believe that it could have been, and it actually was, maybe, i think so, may ... yes, I do believe it was the boogey man!" - Creepy Loomis |
