Remember those Ozzfest music compilation cds for 2001 and 2002?
I hear bands had to pay out the ass to have one song on those too.
They only came out for those two years, though.
Sharon Osbourne, ugh...
I lost my respect for her when they re-recorded Blizzard of Oz and Diary of a Madman with a new bass player and drummer.
Just because of a spat between band members Bob Daisley and drummer Lee Kerslake over money THEY SHOULD BE GETTING!
Those 2002 remastered versions of the above two albums ARE NOT the real albums.
They also re-mixed Bark at the Moon and fucked it up too.

And what the hell is with them starting Ozzfest at 9 in the morning?
Who the fuck is going to see those 2nd stage bands at that hour?
Well, I did. But only to see Nothingface in 2004 when they were the 1st band to play.
I remember Ozzfest 1997 was supposed to start at noon. And the doors didn't open until after 1pm.
Then they just crammed more and more bands on the bill and started the show earlier and earlier.
And now the bands are just all emo-screamo, death metal shit that all sounds the same.
When there are only three bands on the bill worth seeing, it ain't worth my time anymore. Even if it is free.
