Ok, I have to admit, this game is kinda fun. Not as fun as the real thing, but its almost up there Laughing .

I wouldn't personally own it, but if a friend has it, I'll play it Laughing .

haha, told ya so. Seriously though, I really don't think its a replacement, but a fun game to merge both gamers and guitarists.

I had more fun playing along on a real guitar, while my friend played Laughing

I just got this for the 360, man this game is addictive. I really sucked at first but picked it up in about a week. I"m trying to 5 star everything on medium before moveing up to hard.

My wife is hooked on this. She has 5 stars on every song on every difficulty. Now she's trying to get gold on all the songs...

I on the other hand suck at a nearly unbelievable level. I can only get through "Message in a Bottle" and even then only on easy and only occasionally.

I fucking love GH2!!! I am definitely addicted.

I can beat most of the songs on Expert Mode.

I saw the XBox 360 version has Iron Maiden's The Trooper. I'm a HUGE Iron Maiden fan, so the next time i'm at Best Buy, i'll have to give that song a try.

What are your favorite songs to play?

My favorites:

Anthrax - Madhouse
Dethklok - Thunderhorse
Megadeth - Hangar 18
Suicidal Tendencies - Institutionalized
Black Sabbath - War Pigs

I always thought it'd be cool if they released "Expansion packs", like release a bunch, but have each one a specific genre......have one SPECIFICALLY for metal/rock. Then have one just for classic rock, or punk. I think that'd be cool. I'd definitely pick up the metal one.....i'm a HUGE metalhead Twisted Evil

OK, it's official. I am hooked on Guitar Hero.

My friend had it, and I played it proper for the first time. While I was not exactly shredding up the fret, I had a lot of fun playing it.

Now, at great personal risk to both my free time and my wallet, I'm planning on getting GH3 and the wireless controller when they come out.

Cannot wait!
