I usually dont listen to stuff like this......but after years
of trying to copy masters like satriani on the guitar its refreshing
to simply beat the snot out of some evil sounding power chord progressions
and riffs.I even dig the anything goes soloing abuse....lol
mandatory suicide is freakin awesome and i dont know why.
I probably play it 10x ea. night.......lol
seasons in the abyss is cool too.....heck most of their stuff
is fun to play along with. _________________ mandatory suicide......

I don't like metal too much and even I like Slayer... the question should be, who doesn't like Slayer? _________________ mods, kindly delete my account |

I'm a huge Slayer fan! My favorite albums by them are Hell Awaits and Reign in Blood.
My favorite song from Hell Awaits would have to be At Dawn They Sleep....and from Reign in Blood, my favorites are Angel of Death, Raining Blood, and Altar of Sacrifice.

Slayer was my first ever big-boy concert, way back in '94 on the 'Divine Intervention' tour.
I remember they started with 'Reign In Blood' and I lost my damn mind.
I don't remember another second of it.
Good times. |

| I saw them live last year, and seeing them again this year. Crazy, crazy pits...I found a 6 CD boxset of theirs in a secondhand CD shop the other day for £30, how I hate not having money sometimes... |

| Good enough to be in my top 10 of all time list, and Angel of Death is still the best song ever in the history of music. Some stuff I don't care for, but overall, an absolute blast to listen to. |

| Meh, Slayer aren't relaly any better then average for me, as Araya isn't a particularly good vocalist, and King isn't a very remarkable guitarist at all IMO, I just never got what the big deal about these guys was. |
