Strange Case of Charles Dexter Ward... I'm pretty sure it was the first Lovecraft I read and I broke out in goosebumps that didn't go away for like THREE DAYS!!

Probably Shadow Over Innsmouth, Call of Cthulhu or Pickman's Model.
There's still so much of his work that I haven't though, so I'm sure my favorites will change or expand over time.
