Ok folks it's time to nominate the movies we want to watch for Dread Central Cinema! The way we are going to work it this time around is as follows. The first ten nominations are going to be to put in a poll and from that poll 5 will be selected for this round of movies. Now the list below is far from comprehensive and there are a lot of movies that haven't been included so in addition to your nomination if there is a movie you want on the list for next time around list it in your post. If we need to tweak things we will address them as we go along. If there are ten nominations listed already just post in this thread. All that we ask is that these movie are not out of print and can be rented and can are still in circulation.
A good example would be "From Beyond". You can buy it off Ebay and if you were fortunate to have caught it when it the directors cut aired and taped it. It can be found but not easily and definetly not cheaply so it's won't be included as part of the list. As movies get released down the road they can always be incorporated later. As soon as we get the 10 the poll will follow shortly and we will see where we are at by Tuesday so we can determine this Fridays movie. Just in case anyone is wondering some where in September one Friday will be reserved for a special evening. That Friday will be reserved for the release of the original uncut version of "Gojira". We will be watching the real version of Godzilla with Raymond Burr nowhere in sight. We will let everyone know when that happens down the road seeing as the movie wont street until September 5th. I'd like to suggest The Lost Boys

Do we put the ones that we choose from the list in here? I never done this before. Embarassed

Would anyone attempt to murder me if I nominated Suspiria? (I say this because I don't know how difficult it is for people to find that don't already own it.)

Undead is a fun movie. I like it - and I agree. It should be put on the list for nomination.

However, I must ask - C.H.U.D.? That movie makes me sad. Sad

Undead is already on the list sandwiched between Below and Road Games. C.H.U.D. is an unsung classic! Not to mention the commentary is gold. Laughing Cthulhu23 if you want to nominate another movie since someone already picked April Fools Day go ahead. Thumbs Up Five more to go folks.

Shaun of the Dead
Lost Boys
Suspiria
C.H.U.D.
April Fool's Day
