A while back Scott and I did an interview with the author of the book Grave's End, Elaine Mercado, about what it was like to live in an extremely haunted house.

During the phone interview some weird shit made noise on her phone line that Scott and I heard but she didn't.

She was using her newly departed mom's phone at the time. It was pretty creepy.

Why am I bringing this up? Well because I finally turned that bit of audio into a sound byte and inserted it into the interview.

Clich here to check it out!

Wow, interesting, sounds a lot like someone breathing. But on the debunking side, it sounds like someone sitting in a chair that might be creaky, like an office chair that swivels. Still itís strange.

Well there was a breath right before the popping noise that you can hear while Elaine is speaking.

The heavy sigh you hear is me thinking "What the fuck was that?"

Interesting. It's a good book though I read it a few years ago. I hear ya!
