That was going to be filmed by Stuart Gordon with The Asylum (yes, that Asylum, that was before they went all mockbuster on us) producing. Didn't happen because Gordon wanted to shoot on location and that got too expensive for the financial backers. |

Thank God that never went ahead. There's no way The Asylum could afford to do that movie.
Although I'm sure they'd push to have it turned into a found footage movie where you never actually see anything happen |

| The Asylum was a very different company back then than what you now know as the mockbuster schlock-factory. They partnered with Gordon on the (underrated, IMO) KING OF THE ANTS and for a while tried their best to get EDMOND made as well. |
