| What is up with Trent Reznor? I saw NIN on the Pretty Hate Machine and Downward Spiral tours and they were both about as amazing as a concert can get post-Pink Floyd. Why does he not only shit on fans by taking half a decade to release an album but retire from touring. Well at least I got to see them when I had the chance. The DVD is sweet too. |

| Do you know why? I know he's a pretty reclusive guy. |

This is the only band I've ever won tickets to see. Won 'em on 06/06/06, to boot. (Lucky numbers)
Pretty good show. But, I was just never a really huge fan. I don't even own a single one of the albums. So, the news I'll never get to see 'em again doesn't really bug me too much. |

You should at least own Pretty Hate Machine. Any self respecting music lover owns at least one NIN album.
I was pretty fucked up but when I saw them on The Downward Spiral tour they had a multi-level stage setup and I remember lots of blue. |

| Only marginally on-topic, but I have no idea where else to post this nugget of wisdom that came to me while I was drinking and watching videos..."The Perfect Drug" is the best example of a music video's images matching the sounds of the song. The video looks the way the song sounds, like no other video. Completely unrelated, but A-Ha's "Take On Me" video is the most creative music video ever made. It was something that had never been seen before (except for the last few "Altered States" seconds). |
