I woke up today, looked at the calender and realized that I'm probably going to be in Pittsburgh next week, the city where Romero reigns.
Awesome.
So i cleaned up, put on my Creepshow shirt and headed out. When I stopped in the drug store for some deodorant and medicine, I saw that they had their Halloween stuff out.
Awesome.
I gleefully looked at eveything and I had to get something, so I bought a skull mug (three glasses had broken earlier in the week when a shelf in the dishwasher collapsed) and some skull and tombstone candles and then headed off to work. After, on my way for groceries, I walked past the cemetery, noticed there was a full moon, and moved on farther, past SK's Auto Body, which I always think of as Stephen King's Auto Body.
Now you'd think, with all these possible reminders, I'd remember tonights movie. Nope. All the way home, I thought we were watching Friday the 13th Part 2. How did I get that idea? Rite Aid was selling 24 packs of Crystal Lake, which I assume is springwater that tastes of naked teens and death. (nom nom nom) This twisted my brain all up, but now I'm here and I'm ready and I finally saw what the world had been trying to remind me of...
Tonight, at the usual time of 7pm Pacific, 8pm Mountain, 9pm Central, and 10pm Eastern...

| This is a pretty short movie, so I'm going to go ahead and say we'll start at :10 after. That'll give Risty some time if he's coming in and we can all grab snacks. |
