Just wondering if by some random chance anyone else applied for The Lord of the Rings Online™: Shadows of Angmar beta?

It's an MMO that has been pushed back so many times. Have they changed how large the map is yet? Last I heard (a year ago) that Gondor wasn't even included.

From what I can tell, Gondor isn't included as of yet.. they just started beta a few days ago, so i'm figuring they are gonna add areas as expansions

here's the list of the areas included:
The Ered-Luin
Bree-LAnd
The North downs
The shire
The lone lands

Eh, Gondor and Rohan(and possibly Mordor)should be in there off the bat.

Yeah, that's weird, UNLESS the point of it is that the story starts on the outskirts and you work your way to those parts. But I doubt it.

With most MMO's, you tend to start off in one of the game world's big cities(or planets). Gondor should be one of those places for humans, just as The Shire would be for Hobbits, Lorien or Rivendell(or maybe Mirkwood)for Elves, and perhaps something like Moria(depending on the time frame involved) for the Dwarves.

I'm still not too keen on the idea of Turbine being involved with this game in any way, shape, or form.
