Hello everyone. In the interest of starting things afresh, allow me to re-introduce myself. I'm Scott Standridge, a programmer, writer, and editor living and working in Little Rock, Arkansas.
I'm an associate editor for City Slab magazine (http://www.cityslab.com) which is based in Seattle. Yes, we're accepting submissions, but read the guidelines. 
I've published some short fiction in a few small press mags, and later this year I will appear in book form for the first time, with one of my short stories in the Undead Anthology 2.
I cut my teeth on The Wolf Man at age 6 and never looked back. I love the Universal classics and used to think myself an expert on them, till I started reading some of the posters on the old HC board, who I hope will come over here and continue to embarass me with their encyclopedic knowledge.
I write poetry, but only formal verse; chiefly sonnets.
I'm heartbreakingly dashing, as well.

I thought about it, but as it was a girl, and my wife threatened Vasectomy: The Home Version if I even tried it, we decided not to go with that name.
We did go with an unusal name, though: "Thea." Actually, she's 2 years old tomorrow.
