...They're running "Van Helsing" in front of "The Fog" remake premiere.

Well, you have to admit a certain disgusting logic to it.... anyone who liked Van Helsing would probably love The Fog remake.

Shocked

And what a bone deep terrifying thought that is.

I have a bunch of Starz channels and there is sometimes "horror" on Starz Edge. They have been pimping The Fog for premiere tomorrow. Rolling Eyes

Showtime Beyond is where its at. They have some cool non-mainstream stuff on there, like "Infection", "Premonition", some "Female Ninja" movie, "Scarecrows", "Burnt Offerings". Add in some violent anime, soft-core sleaze, reruns of decent series like "Outer Limits" and "Poltergeist", and some slashers and you have a good time!

In all honesty, I prefer Starz to HBO.

While HBO is more popular, Starz always gives the better films with exception to the brain dead crap like The Fog, and Van Helsing.

They always play the indie film I've been dying to see, and they had a marathon last month of a shitload of indie movies that played all day. Nearly took all my space on my DVR.

HBO's pretty crappy these days.

And Horror Chic, you were never more correct.

The Fog and Van Helsing would basically be enjoyed by the same people, that's for sure. But who? Who would enjoy those pieces of shit?

I enjoyed VAN HELSING, though I have to turn down the volume every time Frankenstein's monster opens his mouth. Someone needed to tell the guy that they have these things called microphones on the film set.

I HATED,HATED I say, the remake of THE FOG like I've hated few films. I actually came out pissed after seeing it. I was quite relieved to take in DOOM right afterwards and blow off some steam.

I hated DOOM, but I'm in complete utter agreement with "The Fog." AWFUL movie.

A wonderful double feature composed of two of my most loathed films of the past few years. Now if only they could work in a showing of Roberto Begnini's PINOCCHIO and we'd have the triple feature from hell.

VAN HELSING: DESTROYED - FOYWONDER STYLE

THE FOG REMAKE ALSO ANNIHILATED
