Hi, I'm brand spanking new. I got the bulletin on MySpace about the new message board so thought I'd check this out. I'm a chick with a fiance, 2 cats and a dog too big to carry in a purse. I smoke a lot of pot and swear more than is healthy, and if either one's going to get me banned, please do it now before I get too attached!
I love movies more than life itself, watch at least one a day, sometimes up to 5 in a day when I'm not busy. Conan had it wrong--what is best in life is not to crush your enemies, see them driven before you and hear the lamentation of their women. It's caving up in a dark apartment with an all-day festival of random flicks. I love the arty stuff, the braindead stuff, the foreign stuff, the see-it-go-boom stuff, but have to say horror's a favorite and my ambition is to work on horror films in some capacity. I'm moving to L.A. at the end of August to get that going. I hope to have a lot of fun screwing around here and learn about a lot of cool new movies. |

I feel much more comfortable saying HI in a general thread rather than making one for myself.
My name is Jen and I love horror movies, comics, books, and toys. I have kicked the last habit (toys) but I'll kick the bucket before I give up any of the others.
