well I've heard of this, and the story behind it is that the guy on camera is a spansih talk show host and when some people from a radio statoin that studies the paranormal went to investigate some sightings he went along and most of the time was tempting the spirits to scare him because he didn't believe in it.
well long story short he got a camera and wandered off when he recorded this. he kept turning the camera on himself because he was scared and thought the guys were playing a joke on him.
his words on the video were."Girl! Girl!" girl turns "Oh shit don't be an imbecile" then he calls after the rest of the crew

Either way, this one gave me the chills watching it when I first saw it. Someone said the head turns kind of like an owl that's on a statue... I don't know.
