I've gotten misty eyed at:

Forrest Gump
Armageddon
Old Yeller

Second "Watership Down". Overall, I'd say it has its uplifting side. But there are plenty of sad moments, and the end is kind of bittersweet.

Also:
Schindler's List
Grave of the Fireflies
Once Were Warriors
ET
Star Trek II (NOOO Spock!)
Field of Dreams
House of Sand and Fog
About Schmidt (that last scene when Schmidt responds to the letter)
Donnie Darko
Midnight Cowboy
Bambi
The Deer Hunter

Hasn't been mentioned, but "Edward Scissorhands" always gets to me. I just lose it at the "Hold me ... I can't" scene.

There's more, but I've revealed myself to be enough of a wuss for the moment. This isn't even getting into tv moments that broke me up, like Buffy's "The Body" and Babylon 5's series finale "Sleeping in Light".

seriously, I kid you not. Weeping openly
but having said that The best little whore house in Texas makes me cry when they're packin' up shop...those girls worked so hard and it was so unfair they had to lose the Chicken Ranch.
