Films based on real life events usually get blown out of proportion, but when the events orbit around Nazis and witches, you can’t help but stop and say, “Hot damn! That sounds interesting.”
Quint of Ain’t It Cool News has posted a one-sheet of the upcoming film Unholy. The poster itself doesn’t give much of the story away. Martha (Adrienne Barbeau) has found herself in the middle of conspiracy involving a whole cornucopia of oddities including Nazi occultists, the US Government, a witch, and the State of Pennsylvania post World War II. I have to give it to them for taking a chance with such a strange mixture of things. What did the document this was all based on really say?
This could turn out to be very good or a mashed-up mess. Nazis, witchcraft, and Adrienne Barbeau, oh my! Be sure to check out the film’s official site for more info!
