More casting for the upcoming sequel from Fox Atomic, 28 Weeks Later, cropped up today in the form of “Lost” star Harold Perrineau, aka Michael (aka Augustus from “Oz”).
The Hollywood Reporter states that Perrineau will play an American Special Forces pilot whose job it is to document the safe return of families to London after the outbreak of the rage virus, which they mistakenly believe has been all taken care of. Damn Americans, don’t we ever learn?
The sequel to Danny Boyle’s attention-grabbing 28 Days Later will be out in theaters on May 11th, 2007. Keep your eyes on Fox Atomic’s official site for more on Weeks … in the coming weeks!
