yeah, they missed the mark on the feel of the franchise. | I actually enjoyed it on my first viewing, but when I tried to rewatch it, I had to fast forward through most of the last 2/3 of the movie. Any scene that wasn't a murder or nudity bored me. That's not a problem I've ever had with any of these others. They have a high rewatchabilty factor. |

I just found the remake had no likeable/memorable character. If you look at eth first 4 films there is no character there just to be a dick, that's all the remake seemed to have. That and the keeping a living hostage thing was just ridicules. |

| I think they may have a flaw in their "honour" system. |

| Def one of the most cringeworthy deaths of the series, just slow and painful, most others get it pretty quickly |

That's something that fits better in something like the TCM franchise. I know it's meant to explain how JAson gets around so fast, but, really, while people crack wise about it, that's not something that needed to be explained and sticking all that into a F13 movie, having to show the passages, the escape from them, the openings... just slows the whole movie down. |

| If flashing lights causes Tommy to have hallucinations, he might just be epileptic and not psychotic at all. Poor kid's been misdiagnosed. |

| I refuse to use outdoor toilets. Partly because they're gross, but mostly because of what happens to poor Demon. |
