So you've read it. Awesome. I tried and failed to get people around here interested in it. The cost of adapting it would be astronomical but if written and directed by the right person it would be such an incredible, epic movie. The guy who did Master and Commander would be a good choice too besides Carpenter and Fessenden.
I'm afraid that after The Hobbit debacle we'll never see a big budget At The Mountains Of Madness. |

| I would love to see an adaptation of "Sunglasses After Dark" by Nancy A. Collins. Yeah, it's a vampire story but the vampires in this series are sheer monsters and even the heroine herself is a monster. |
