Anyone else read this?
Easily 100 Bullets is one of the most complex and dense mystery comics ever written. When I first started reading I had absolutely no clue that it would end up where it eventually did.
I just found it so fascinating that from page one, everything was mapped out. Everything. And it all fit back perfectly.
Also not to mention some of the meanest yet most likable characters I've read in awhile. Lono the cuban will rape your loved ones at one moment, and make you laugh with a bad joke the next.
And that last trade book. Holy shit. What an explosive end to an amazing series.
I really haven't run into too many people who've read and appreciated 100 bullets. Any folks out there read it? _________________ Insert that one line from that one movie from that one actor here. |

I've read the first few and keep meaning to go on a marathon. But yeah, 100 BULLETS is one the shining examples of how comic books can tell stories worthy of any medium. _________________ When you are beautiful it's only skin deep, but when you are ugly it's all the way through. |

100 Bullets would only work as a television series on HBO or Showtime. It couldn't work any other way. If they did a movie it would be awful because you couldn't even begin to scratch the surface of the story with 2 hours. _________________ Insert that one line from that one movie from that one actor here. |

| I've been meaning to check this series out. Brian Azzarello did a FANTASTIC graphic novel about the joker. Easily the darkest thing to ever exist in the Batman universe. |

Think of that, but with a lot more guns, blood, and more than one "Joker".
I agree too, that was an amazing graphic novel. I read it in one sitting I was so into it. _________________ Insert that one line from that one movie from that one actor here. |

| I love it. One of my favorite comics of the last decade. I was, at first, underwhelmed by the last issue, but I think it's just because I didn't get to read it until a few months after issue 99. Once I reread that last arc, my opinion changed. I think that series is best read one full arc at a time, rather than issue by issue, but, I was always too impatient to wait. |
