WHOLEY FUKING SHITBALLZ!.....this album slays.
This albums sounds like it should have been released in 1997/98!
I liked Archetype and even some of Transgression and Digimortal....but this album is one of the best Fear Factory CDs I have ever heard. On par with Demanufacture and Obsolete.
I find the song Fear Campaign reminiscent of Piss Christ and Final Exit vibing like Resurrection.
DO RECOMMEND to any one who likes Fear Factory (old or old&nu) _________________ ? |

I only gave it a fleeting listen, but was a little disappointed at the lack of Fear Factory "GLORY". That's the term I give to their tracks when the synths, ringing guitar chords and Burton's clean vocals take over - seen all over the "Obsolete" album.
Will listen to it again soon, though. |

I know what you are saying....I am a big fan of said Glory. I think I would put Obsolete over Demanufacture if I were to rank FF albums....but this one would be #3.
Listen to the last song (Final Exit) it might revitalize your interest. _________________ ? |

Listened, and it's great. Will give the whole album a proper going over tomorrow!
Still, it didn't reach the dizzying heights of Resurrection!

No doubt....it will be hard to ever reach those heights again.
Maybe if this revitalized FF lineup keeps at it though....hmmmmmmmm _________________ ? |

I've only heard three or four songs, given to me by a friend, thanks for the reminder. I got all the cds now and love them. Don't have a favorite yet. _________________ Tech N9ne K.O.D. has been playing in my head so I've been listening non-stop. Great songs, give it a try! |
