TRUE BLOOD’s Anna Camp Reveals Ongoing Struggle with COVID-19

Anna Camp played recurring antagonist Sarah Newlin over multiple seasons of True Blood on HBO. More recently, however, the actress faced an adversary more frightening than any fictional vampire: Coronavirus. Camp revealed to her Instagram followers that she contracted COVID-19 a month ago and is still recovering.

“I have since tested negative, but I was extremely sick for over three weeks and still have lingering symptoms. I was incredibly safe. I wore a mask. I used hand sanitizer. One time, when the world was starting to open up, I decided to forgo wearing my mask in public. One. Time. And I ended up getting it.”
